The Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer

to join our busy Property Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

3 years' experience

handling their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, with some exposure to commercial conveyancing being desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation Conduct property searches and deal with enquiries Ensure all files are managed in compliance with SRA standards and internal procedures Provide excellent client care and timely updates throughout the process Contribute to the development and growth of the team and firm

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 3 years PQE preferred) Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills Proficiency in using case management systems (experience with LEAP is a plus) A client-focused, proactive approach with attention to detail
