Conveyancing Solicitor | 40,000 - 55,00 + Bonuses

About the Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You'll join a forward-thinking firm that values its people, rewards success, and offers genuine work-life balance.

Depending on performance, this role has the potential to evovle into a Head of Conveyanving position, where we will dedicate to build your own conveyancing team for you to supervise, lead and manage.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all aspects of

residential conveyancing

including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership Managing your own caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision Maintaining high standards of client care and legal service Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For:

1-5

years PQE

in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex files Excellent client communication and organisational skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for property law Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-65,000.00 per year
