Conveyancing Solicitor Or Cilex
Job Description
The successful candidate will display sound knowledge, confidence and professional competence in Residential Conveyancing. You will have trained with an established practice and have experience in dealing with residential transactions in accordance with CQS compliance and other related fee earning work independently.
You must be able to manage a caseload with minimum supervision and will report to the Partner and assist in providing exceptional client care
You will work within a small friendly firm and have a "all hands on deck" approach to working. Duties will also include assisting in answering telephones and with ad hoc work as and when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
This role would suit a Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or Licenced Conveyancer with between 2-3 years' PQE.The candidate will possess excellent client care skills and be able to build relationships with clients. Exceptional IT skills including WORD, EXCEL and Perfect Books (although not necessary). A strong academic background is also advantageous.
