Conveyancing Solicitor - 3+ Years PQE

We are seeking an experienced

Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

to join our growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to progress their career within a supportive, reputable, and forward-thinking firm.

About the Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and firm standards

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has

a minimum of 3 years PQE

in residential conveyancing Can confidently run a full caseload with minimal supervision Delivers excellent client care and communication Is proactive, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure Enjoys working as part of a supportive team Is ambitious and keen to develop professionally
