We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing exceptional client service. Duties
Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions.
Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Conduct searches and investigations related to property titles, planning permissions, and local authority requirements.
Ensure all legal requirements are met within specified deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
Provide clear advice to clients regarding legal procedures, rights, and obligations.
Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favourable outcomes.
Keep abreast of changes in property law and conveyancing regulations to ensure compliance.
Skills
Proven experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client interests and contractual terms.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and compliance checks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, there is a part time licensed conveyancer on hand to help with workload.
