is looking for a

Conveyancing Trainer

to join our award-winning L&D Team and deliver exceptional training across our offices. This is your opportunity to bring your technical expertise, communication skills, and love for learning together in a role that makes a real difference.

This is a full-time office based role, based from Stockport & Leeds, with the requirement to travel nationally on occasion. Flexibility to travel is essential.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver engaging, hands-on training on conveyancing systems and processes--both face-to-face and virtually. Lead our Group Welcome Event, supporting all new joiners as they start their journey with us. Design and deliver training materials that support technical development across the business. Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure content is current, relevant, and effective. Support, coach, and mentor new and experienced Property Lawyers to reach their full potential. Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing training based on feedback and business needs. Keep training records up to date and support reporting via our learning management system.

What we're looking for:

A strong understanding of the Conveyancing process, with previous extensive experience managing a Conveyancing caseload. Strong technical skills with extensive experience of managing complex files including

Shared Ownership and New Build

essential. Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels. A passion for learning and a desire to help others succeed. * Great organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
