Conveyancing/ Sales Progression Trainer

Are you experienced in conveyancing or sales progression with a passion for training and developing? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training and Development professional to join our team as a Conveyancing/ Sales Progression Trainer to coach, train and mentor our Sales Progression and Property Sales Administration team.



As the Conveyancing /Sales Progression Trainer, you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.

What the role of Conveyancing/ Sales Progression Trainer involves:

Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions. Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/ sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression. Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
