The Vacancy


To support the design, execution, and transition of business transformation within Operations:

Lead activity to successfully identify existing business process requirements and translate these into future state TOM business transformation process flows, high level and low level requirements for development Supporting the business transformation leadership as required to support delivery of key objectives Support acceptance testing of developed features to ensure fit for purpose for release into live environment Investigate and resolve blockers and impediments to delivery of the overall transformation plan and interim states Management & execution of business readiness aspects of business transformation Development of opportunity ideation into compelling & detailed business cases with associated analysis of commercial, customer & risk impact

Experience required:



Extensive experience & knowledge of leading business transformation activities within Financial Services arena Demonstrable experience of leading projects/programmes & business analysis within a financial services context Strong commercial acumen with a real focus on the best outcome for our customers Detailed analytical mindset with extensive experience bringing opportunities to life through strong writing & visual presentation (MS PowerPoint) Broad and comprehensive knowledge understanding in multiple disciplines relevant to business operational capabilities across cards, loans, and vehicle finance Strong communicator with in depth experience of stakeholder management Led ideation & workshop activity under own direction, managing competing agendas, ambiguity without direction Demonstrable experience of delivery of significant business value to tight deadlines and with minimal resource Degree educated, preferably in a related capability (e.g., Business Management) experience working in financial services regulated environment and within business, product, commercial or change disciplines PC Literacy to include management level MS PowerPoint (strong capability in creation of highly impactful data visualisation, proposal, and pitch book decks to support ExCo level decisions)
