: 20-24 hours over 3 days including a weekend day & increasing to 4 days cover leave

The Person:

Passion for food & cooking Recent experience in fast-paced commercial kitchens Pride to deliver exceptional standards of produce and customer satisfaction Positive attitude and drive to your carry out your work Motivated to working in a pressurised environment Dependable team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised with ability to problem-solve & remain calm under pressure Good sense of humour & fun Own transport/route to work Sundays for 7.45am shift start (due to lack of buses)
The Role:

Enthusiastic, competent and hardworking cook to join friendly, busy kitchen team Bake bread & pastries daily Produce food to order including Baguettes, Toasties, Waffles & Soups to name a few Follow recipes to create items for our Deli inc Quiches, Sausage rolls, salads etc Create fresh ideas and minimise food wastage Accountable for accurate completion of Safer Food Better Business Follow all inventory and stock control procedures Level 2 food hygiene certificate desired, but we can support you in obtaining this Flexibility to work shift patterns and alternate weekend days
