Working for our subsidiary company

Sparks Managed Services

as a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving high quality menu items as directed by the catering supervisor. You will understand current Food Safety Legislation/HACCP and maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with the Colleges Health and Safety policies.

Please note this is a temporary sickness cover role. An end date is to be confirmed and is dependant on the original post holder returning to work.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking and serving food Receiving and storing deliveries Keeping temperature records Assisting with stocktaking Keeping the work area and large scale equipment clean
