The xc3xa0 la carte menu features wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers, superfood salads and much more. Let's not forget within The Kitchen is our state of the art cookery school running daily cookery classes too.

Cookery School Technician - About you

• Experience in working in a restaurant
• Confidence in talking to and serving guests
• You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team

Aim of the Cookery School Technician
Assisting the Chef Tutor or guest chef with all aspects of the cookery class.
Responsibilities of the Cookery School Technician

• Assist teaching guests after Chef Tutor or guest chef has demonstrated or given instructions to guests
• To be confident in partial or full cooking of recipes to be used in cookery demonstrations
• To be intuitive and show integrity in being helpful and courteous, respectful of individual guest needs.
• To take pride in the preparation of workstations and classroom
• Clearing equipment and ingredients away at appropriate times.
• To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place.
