Rock Caistor Ltd is looking for a Kitchen Assistant/ Front of House to work in Caistor

The Kitchen Assistant/ Front of House will:

Be required to support and train our learning- disabled service users while carrying out daily duties within the tea-rooms kitchen Preparation and cooking of food; adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Use a computerised till system- knowledge of opearting an EPOS system would be an advantage, and cashing up at the end of the day Barista Duties Carry out usual tasks and admin duties associated within a busy tea room Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times, and ensure the kitchen is well organised.

Requirements:

Experience in preparing food / working as a cook or chef.
.Able to work in the kitchen, while performing other duties as assigned.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to follow rules and regulations.
Able to follow directions well.
Able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced kitched/cafe environment.
High level of customer service skills.
.Food Hygiene Certificate.
.Clean DBS check.
.Own Transport / ability to commute or relocate to Caistor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
