Duties

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients Cook and prepare meals according to specified recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Ensure all food is stored correctly and labelled appropriately Support the team during busy periods by serving customers and managing orders efficiently Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment Contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for guests through friendly service and presentation

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen environment

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From 12.71 per hour
