Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food while ensuring excellent guest service. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness and Make milkshakes on any order to the highest quality Organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Provide exceptional guest services by being attentive to customer needs and preferences. Engage in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. Manage time effectively to meet service demands during peak hours. Support with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages.

Qualifications

Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in helping others when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
