Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of meals and simple dishes according to recipes and guidance Learn and follow safe food handling and hygiene standards at all times Assist with daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating Contribute creative ideas for new meals or menu items Support the kitchen team, including helping with inventory and stock management Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment Take part in training sessions to develop skills and progress within the team Assist in serving meals to customers with a friendly and positive attitude

Requirements

Enthusiasm for cooking and willingness to learn Creativity and an interest in trying new recipes and ideas Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety Positive attitude and eagerness to progress in a kitchen role Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus, but not essential
