Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to specified recipes and standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food handling and preparation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Support the team during busy service periods, including serving customers when required Monitor stock levels and notify management of supplies needed for efficient operation Contribute to menu development ideas based on current trends and customer preferences

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is essential Experience with meal preparation and kitchen organisation will be advantageous Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary practices is desirable Prior experience in customer service or serving roles can be beneficial but is not mandatory

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
