We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in the planning and development of new menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight customers.
