Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation and meal presentation and we pride ourselves on creating a kitchen environment where it is as simple as possible to cook and plate meals for the customers

Responsibilities

Preparation of meals, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen environment A genuine passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
