We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Coopers to join our team.
You will play a vital and specialised role within our company, focusing on the traditional craftsmanship of repairing and maintenance of wooden barrels and casks. Our company prides itself on upholding these time-honored techniques while integrating modern methods to achieve excellence in cask management.

Responsibilities
Repairing and restoring casks of a variety of sizes
Good numeracy skills for counting casks and understanding different cask types/names of whisky
Show initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Collaborate with team members
Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Requirements
Qualified Cooper - previous experience essential
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Hours of Work
Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 17:00
Fridays 07:30 - 14:30
Work every 3rd Saturday 07:00 - 10:30
