We are currently recruiting for a Copier Engineer to join our Service Team covering Northern Ireland

Copier Engineer

The role involves the Installation & Maintenance of all Copier/Printer products, including:

Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs Providing an exceptional customer service
Skills and Abilities

Essential Experience:

It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices Excellent IT / Networking skills Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience

Manufacturer trained on Toshiba, Lexmark & Canon machines Experience on Print management solutions (Papercut) Experience of working on franking machines
Company Vehicle, Mobile and Laptop will be provided.

A clean licence is required (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable)
