About the Role



We are seeking a talented and strategic Copywriter & Content Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-growing creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile storyteller with a strong command of content strategy, copywriting, and brand communication. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, high-performing content across a variety of formats and platforms, playing a vital role in how we connect with and grow our audience.

What You'll Do



Content Strategy & Brand Voice:

Champion the Big Motoring World tone of voice across all content types and touchpoints. Contribute to the execution of a cohesive content strategy that reflects our brand values and objectives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all content aligns with customer needs and business goals.
Content Creation:

Lead copywriting efforts for campaigns, landing pages, videos, digital ads, social content, CRM workflows, blogs, press releases, and more. Produce high-quality, user-focused content that is clear, engaging, consistent, and action oriented. Ensure all written materials are optimised for SEO, GEO, accessibility, and user experience best practices. Scale in-house content production without sacrificing quality or relevance, keeping audience needs front and centre
Coordination & Execution:

Support marketing initiatives by ensuring content output meets creative and commercial expectations. Maintain and manage a robust content calendar to guarantee timely and coordinated delivery across channels. Collaborate with third-party agencies to develop content strategies informed by search trends and technical SEO insights. Contribute to the development and refinement of content guidelines, working closely with the Head of Content, Head of Marketing, and Chief Customer Officer
Performance & Optimisation:

Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve content effectiveness. Conduct competitor and market analysis to maintain relevance and commercial competitiveness. Test and refine messaging to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
Mentoring & Collaboration:

Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the content and marketing teams.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a copywriting, content strategy, or content marketing role-- preferably in automotive, lifestyle, or tech sectors. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across both short-form and long form content. Solid understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, CRM/email marketing, and emerging technologies including AI. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Creative, collaborative, and results-oriented with a strong passion for impactful storytelling. Proficient in content management and scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Storyblok, Meta Business Suite). Experience within the automotive sector is a plus
