The role
As a Copywriter, you'll play a key role in elevating the CIPD brand through high-quality written content and digital storytelling. You'll work closely with the Digital Content Strategist to plan, produce and optimise content that drives engagement, discoverability and web performance - with a particular focus on news, blogs and email. You'll also take ownership of the CIPD's news pages, using data and insights to make strategic editorial decisions to create high-performing content that strengthens our reputation and brand narrative.
Working collaboratively and proactively across the Marcomms team and organisation-wide subject matter experts, you'll identify stories, craft engaging copy and provide expert advice and guidance to ensure our words inspire action and support our brand identity. You'll also support copywriting excellence across the Marcomms team, including email, social media and web copy.
