As a Cluster Services Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our cluster services. You'll work across all three locations to ensure high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered, and that staff are well-supported and confident in their roles.
You'll provide practical leadership to our Senior Health & Social Care Practitioners, help maintain high standards in care planning and medication management, and promote a welcoming culture for both new and long-standing team members.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and mentoring staff across all cluster services
Ensuring consistency in care delivery and compliance with organisational policies
Reviewing care plans and contributing to service user reviews
Overseeing day-to-day operations across the clusters
Conducting staff supervisions and encouraging team development
Participating in the on-call rota
This role will suit a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about person-centred care and experienced in staff supervision within a health or social care setting.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a confident and supportive leader with the following attributes:
Qualifications:
SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
PDA in Medication Administration (or willingness to obtain)
Work Experience:
Supervisory experience in a care or support setting (Essential)
Direct experience in delivering person-centred support (Essential)
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coach and mentor others
Understanding of care planning, risk assessment and medication protocols
Confident with IT systems and digital recordkeeping
Personal Qualities:
Professional integrity
Ability to manage stress,
A willingness to develop in your role
Other Requirements:
Full driving license
and access to a vehicle with business insurance (Essential)
Willingness to work flexibly to undertake on-call, weekend, sleepovers, and evening work as needed.
