Centred is a progressive charitable company based in the Highlands that supports people through mental ill health toward mental well-being. Our services are based in Caithness, Easter Ross, Inverness, and Lochaber. Within Inverness, we operate three 24/7 staffed supported living services known as clusters.

We are introducing a brand-new role of Core and Cluster Team Lead, combining hands-on support shifts with leadership responsibilities to guide and motivate your team, while helping maintain consistency and quality across our cluster homes in Inverness.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES



As a Core and Cluster Team Lead, you'll:

Lead, mentor, and coach colleagues across the team to build confidence and skills. Carry out staff supervisions and encourage development. Take responsibility for care planning, reviews, and medication practices. Lead colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care across our cluster homes. Take part in the on-call rota as part of your leadership responsibilities. Work directly alongside staff and service users during day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct support with responsibility for guiding colleagues and upholding high standards across the service.

ABOUT YOU



We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in providing person-centred support in health or social care. Confident in supervising or mentoring others. Confident with IT systems and digital recordkeeping Positive, flexible, and willing to work across all shift patterns. Keen to grow leadership skills in a supportive environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). PDA in Medication Administration (or willingness to obtain) Full driving license and access to a car with business insurance.
This role will suit a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about person-centred care and experienced in staff supervision within a health or social care setting.
