To achieve this goal and address the ongoing skilled worker shortage in the UK, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Executive to join our Business Sales Department.
This role will play a crucial part in driving our business sales and establishing strategic relationships with corporate clients, with a particular focus on UK higher education institutions.

The Corporate Account Executive at Shika Trends Ltd is a pivotal role focused on driving business sales with a primary emphasis on UK higher education institutions. The role involves developing strategic relationships, expanding the client base, and customizing premium graduation sashes for academic ceremonies.
The job holder will lead business development efforts, ensuring effective sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Shika Trends Ltd by specifically targeting the UK higher education market.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, with a primary focus on UK higher education institutions, for our high-quality sashes and related products.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the higher education sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with higher education institutions, understanding their specific needs for premium graduation sashes.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts in the higher education sector, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and delivery of exceptional service tailored to the unique requirements of the academic setting.
Customization and Product Knowledge:
- Work closely with higher education institutions to understand and meet their branding and customization requirements for graduation sashes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities within the higher education sector.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales calls, and revenue forecasts within the higher education segment.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement specific to the UK higher education market.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting higher education institutions.
- Work closely with other team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the sash industry and an understanding of customization requirements, particularly in the context of academic ceremonies.
- Knowledge of current market trends and the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
