We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The role is pivotal in the running of the Company's day-to-day tasks including contract negotiation with suppliers and clients, with particular focus on the Company's high-value and large portfolio clients. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that we retain clients by providing them with the most competitive and best suited contract options for their needs in the current market.
Preparing client's account for tendering and identifying the best strategy for pricing, i.e. contract term, flex/fixed, best suppliers to approach
Liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient and competitive pricing
Analysing all received offers and preparing a clear and comprehensive analysis for the client
Managing communication with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth transition and setup
Managing all client queries and working with internal teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
Ensuring that all client contract data is accurately recorded in our Company CRM
Identify ways to add value to client's portfolio and applying a cross sell strategy
We are looking for:
Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Well spoken with a friendly and positive phone manner with the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in the written form.
