Role Profile



Our customers across the Maritime Industry, ranging from Shipping, Finance, Insurance to Fortune 500 companies, and we are looking for a

Corporate Account Manager

to join the team and play a key role in our success in 2025 and beyond.





The Corporate Account Manager will execute against sales goals with respect to forecasting and revenue attainment through value selling. This generally includes managing a renewable account base, qualifying, and disqualifying new business opportunities, learning customer decision/making process, creating, and maintaining accurate forecasts, negotiating contracts, closing business in a timely manner, and fully comprehending our SaaS offering.





This role is balanced working model between home and in our modern and centrally located UK - London office close to St Paul's, Blackfriars, and Farringdon with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.

Key Responsibilities



Owning and developing a defined set of accounts within the EMEA region, fostering exceptional relationships to maintain current figures and hit annual uplift targets Proactively hunting for new business opportunities, targeting areas of the accounts that do not currently engage with our products and services Managing and developing understanding of assigned client base to discuss and position consulting opportunities to generate bespoke sales Using Salesforce, effectively managing and forecasting sales per quarter Defining and delivering a strategic sales plan across your accounts, managing a robust pipeline and prepare accurate sales forecasts, new growth ideas and contingency plans Partnering with internal consulting and support teams throughout the client lifecycle, from scoping custom projects to managing client deliverables Becoming an expert in the Intelligence product suite (SaaS, subscriptions and consulting), our competitors and our clients, to provide excellent service & maximize sales



What we are looking for:




Essential



At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales in a value selling environment (either business development or account management) Proven experience in dealing with multi-national companies The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise product potential An excellent written and verbal communicator, able to build successful relationships both internally and externally Thorough understanding and execution of an end-to-end sales process eg MEDDIC, SPIN High motivated, dynamic, resilient, and target driven Experience using a CRM system



Desirable




Experience using Salesforce Experience in searching and responding to tenders Previous experience within either Trade Finance, Shipping, Commodity, Insurance or Governmental Proven experience in value selling such as SaaS, business intelligence, insights and data Proficiency in a European language
