About the Role



As the

Corporate Administration Team Manager

, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative and business support services across the council, including scanning, printing, franking and mailing of post and communicating with staff and suppliers. You'll play a key role in ensuring deadlines are met and the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities


Lead, motivate, and develop the Corporate Administration Team to deliver efficient and effective support services, Oversee the delivery of administrative support to internal departments. Manage workloads, priorities, and performance to meet service standards and deadlines. Work with suppliers to ensure delivery and equipment maintained Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.




About you:



We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, have experience in administration, promotes teamwork and is calm under pressure.
