Corporate Administrator
to join our team on a
6-month fixed-term contract
.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a listed company, supporting a broad range of corporate, governance, and administrative functions.
In this varied role, you'll work closely with our Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary and wider teams to ensure smooth operations across company secretarial duties, CSR initiatives, digital communications, and day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
Company Secretarial Support
Assist with Companies House filings and maintain accurate internal records.
Liaise with the Company's registrar on shareholder-related matters.
Support the administration of long-term share options.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Review and process applications to the Company's CSR Fund.
Digital Communications
Coordinate updates to the Company's website and intranet with external providers.
Support the ESG and Marketing team with social media content and updates.
General Administration
Manage correspondence, invoicing, internal registers, and meeting scheduling.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience in a corporate or company secretarial environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Desirable
Experience with Companies House filings and corporate governance.
Understanding of CSR or ESG-related work.
