The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Corporate Administrator
to join our Structured Finance Team as part of our financial services business in London.
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group's financial services offering, our London office opened its doors in 1997. Located in Bishopsgate, just next to Liverpoool Street Station, a commitment to service excellence and investment in our people quickly established London as a major European office for the group with 120+ teammates deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
As part of our Structured Finance Team you will be performing the below key duties:
Key Duties:
The
Corporate Administrator
is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:Assist in onboarding new transactions
Processing correspondence
Assist with the preparation and filing of incorporation documents for UK companies, LLPs and LPs, as well as assisting with filing statutory filing requirements for UK entities
Respond to KYC requests from counterparties
Arrange and maintain statutory books and records
Assist communication with clients, auditors, and government authorities
Provide administrative support to teammates including data entry, filing, and other administration duties
Back up support between teammates on ad-hoc matters.
Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:Degree holder
Independent in work; pro-active and attentive to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and planning skills, being methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
