Ripple Show Limited specialises in Unmanned Aviation. We are committed towards limiting our operations entirely away from the military sector. Only civil operations.

Recently, the organisation has decided to solidify its plans and pursue a path which ultimately leads to the entity being incorporated as a public limited company in the United Kingdom. The future of the company heavily depends on the people that are involved in the project. Being self-driven and committed towards the goals of the organisation are vital towards achieving success.

The industry that the organisation operates in is subject to rapid advancements where information is key to success. Legislation, regulation and subsequent procedures adopted by suppliers and clients are subject to changes on short notice. As such, it is very important to keep up to date with the latest in the industry and beyond.

In 2026, the organisation is expected to make its move towards expanding its operations on design and manufacturing, service development and offering franchise opportunities. We will also begin our first round of raising capital.

This ideal candidate that enrols for this job opportunity will be expected to relieve the executive, by taking over a range of their duties (personal or corporate) in order to make time for the executive to focus on other important projects.

Daily activities: will include: -

Communicating with clients and suppliers

Advising external entities on the scope of services provided by the organisation

Generating invoices and receipts of payments

Monitoring and maintaining accounts (bookkeeping)

Researching external policies and assist with the generation of internal policies

Ensuring newly generated policies are propagated to relevant parties in a timely manner

Booking and schedule management for jobs to be undertaken

Job and route planning for delivery of services on daily basis

Liaising with service providers on the management of contract management

Obtaining feedback from external parties and providing relevant information for internal development

Create social media clips to promote the business

Liaise with external network via social media channels both personal and corporate

Stakeholder engagement

Basic leafleting and marketing activities

In simple words: -

Send emails

Use computer (various operating systems) for documenting

Use mobile Phones for communicating

Use Camera for making social media posts

Communicate with executive with as much detail as possible

Carry out other chores / tasks that the executive may assign

In this role NO ACTIVITIES are expected to be carried out WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL from the executive.

Any such approval must be obtained in writing, through official designated channels of communication.

It is expected that the employee will be well versed with all the internal policies that have been published by the company and they must act accordingly.

Accommodation may be arranged by the company in order to prevent the cost of living from causing additional concerns for the employee who will be expected to work on a minimum wage salary for the duration of the apprenticeship.

Candidates are expected to be willing to embark on a learning journey that may take up to 15 years from the point of enrolment, ultimately culminating with the candidate being appointed in an executive position within the organisation, (circumstances and performance dependant).

We are not interested in offering this position to any candidate that does not intend to stay with the organisation for less than 5 years from the point of joining.

This is a serious long-term opportunity on offer.

It is certainly not suitable for anyone looking to make a small fortune on the short term.

Special consideration for Young Employees



Will never work for more than 2 hours on any given Sunday.

Maximum weekly working hours allowed by law, including any overtime, is limited to 35 hours

Must take a 1-hour break (unpaid) for every 4 consecutive hours worked

Will never work between the following time frames: - midnight to 0700hrs, and, 1900hrs to midnight

Will be entitled to a consecutive 14 day work free period in any given year

Successful candidate will be added to the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard with West Thames College

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: 256.00-416.00 per week

Work Location: In person
