We're looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant Apprentice to support our Operations Director. No two days will be the same -- you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, from administration and finance to IT, marketing, and operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in business administration, with real responsibility, mentorship, and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Director. Assist with scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination.
Support the wider team across departments including finance, technical, operations, IT, and marketing.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Maintain organised filing systems and shared resources. Carry out personal assistant tasks such as post office runs, collecting supplies, and other errands to support the Operations Director. Contribute to internal process improvements and business projects. Support with social media and marketing activities when required.
