Corporate Associate A senior associate level corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position within a London based boutique law firm. The position will suit a corporate solicitor with 5+ years\' PQE whose experience includes; \xc2\xb7 Mergers & acquisitions; \xc2\xb7 Private equity; \xc2\xb7 Direct client contact; \xc2\xb7 Acting for clients in the real estate sector. The team act for clients in a range of sectors - although there is some focus on the real estate sector. Clients including national companies, SMEs, OMBs and new start ups. The firm offer competitive rates of pay - in line with other London based boutiques - excellent benefits, an entrepreneurial environment, hybrid working and superb work life balance.
