Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, JVAs)
• Act as lead fee earner on transactions, managing junior lawyers and liaising with partners
• Work closely with employment and tax teams on structuring deals
• Engage in business development within key sectors

Ideal Candidate

• 3-6 years PQE (private company M&A experience essential)
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Confident managing transactions and leading small teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Interest in business development and sector-focused growth
