As Corporate Clothing Team Supervisor



You'll provide leadership, support and ongoing coaching in delivering a best-in-class customer service to our customers.



You're responsible for ensuring high standards, on the rare occasions of dissatisfaction you'll use your experience and passion for customer experience to resolve. You'll also monitor resource levels, ensuring the Corporate Clothing Manager is kept up to date.

Alongside working with your team to own their own performance, you support their personal growth and development, maximising learning opportunities, encouraging creation of IDPs, facilitating reviews during 1:1s.

Ideal candidate - what we're seeking




Previous leadership/supervisor experience Proven experience of working in a contact centre or manufacturing environment with telephony service Ability to lead and develop your team to success through effective coaching and performance management Ability to identify challenges/problems and provide solutions for the benefit of the customer, and the team Effective verbal and written communications Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills Proven IT skills including MS Office suite and data analysis



Role Responsibilities





The role will be responsible for;




To ensure all customer orders and quotes are completed and warehouse stock received into our ERP systems. To ensure all warehouse orders and corporate workwear production cards are picked and packed each day. Any discrepancies / returns to be reviewed and actioned within 24 hours. To ensure customer back orders are constantly reviewed and alternatives offered for corporate clothing to ensure agreed delivery due dates are maintained. To ensure that that all toolkit orders are picked, checked, and delivered according to agreed delivery schedule. To ensure that the warehouse area is kept a clean and safe environment, mitigating any health and safety risks. Complete weekly & monthly H&S checks and risk assessments, working with your line manager. To ensure that all warehouse and office staff are aware of their responsibilities, monitoring staff performance and providing relevant support. To ensure that stock integrity is maintained.
