THE ROLE
A Corporate Commercial Associate is sought to join the London office which has grown significantly in recent years (both in headcount and revenue) and has ambitious plans for continued growth.
The team advises on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (equity and debt), private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, reorganisations, general corporate advisory, commercial maritime and asset finance.
Clients include financial institutions, listed companies and investment funds, through to smaller start-up and owner-managed businesses and management teams, both domestically and internationally.
ABOUT YOU
A Corporate Commercial Solicitor NQ-2pqe, you will have a good level of general commercial awareness.
Your skills will include excellent time management as well as legal and commercial research and an ability to play a proactive part in business development activity individually and collectively.
