Corporate Communications Manager - Maternity Cover
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Tricentis is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to elevate our brand presence across EMEA and APAC. This role is ideal for a communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, media relations, and amplifying customer voices to promote the Tricentis brand both globally and locally. This is a one-year contract with a possibility of extension.
The Corporate Communications Manager is tasked with raising awareness levels and conversations about Tricentis and its AI-augmented software quality engineering platform - reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing.
You will be responsible for managing and executing communication tactics at both the global and regional level that align with Tricentis' global Corporate Communications strategy through our network of agency partners, as well as supporting the Customer Advocacy Program, designed to encourage more customers to engage in marketing activities across PR, social, field marketing and content marketing.
Responsibilities:

  • Regional Communications Strategy: Develop and execute integrated communications plans tailored to EMEA and APAC, aligned with global corporate messaging and priorities.
  • Media Relations and Executive Communications: Cultivate strong relationships and strategic media coverage with top-tier regional media and relevant outlets. Manage local PR agencies to secure impactful coverage and thought leadership opportunities by leveraging our global and local spokesperson person bench, helping to build the individual talk track pillars for each.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner closely with the Global Senior Corporate Communications Manager as well as other stakeholders in marketing to ensure message consistency, share best practices, and support global campaigns.
  • Customer Advocacy Integration: Identify and nurture customer stories in EMEA/APAC for use in media, speaking opportunities, and global campaigns, working in tandem with the global customer advocacy efforts.
  • Content Development: Draft and localize press releases, media pitches, award submissions, earned speaker opportunities and executive briefing materials. Ensure all content reflects Tricentis' tone, voice, and brand standards.
  • Campaign Execution: Support product launches, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives with tailored regional strategies and execution plans.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze communications performance across EMEA/APAC. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with regional marketing, product, and sales teams to align communications with business goals as well as executive and subject matter expert spokesperson bench.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in public relations, journalism or related field
  • 6+ years' experience in public relations or corporate communications, either in-house or agency, technology experience a must
  • Strong writing, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful communications campaigns and programs, pitching and working with a broad range of media outlets, including trade, business press and online communities
  • Confidence in working with companies in pre-IPO or hypergrowth stages, with a strong understanding of the communications demands during rapid scale and market readiness will be highly advantageous
  • Experience developing and managing global campaigns is also a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting
  • An eye for perfection, with the inclination to ensure that all written materials and efforts reflect excellence and adhere to brand and style guidelines
  • A "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to do what is asked to help the team achieve success - no task too large or small!
