BFlex - Corporate Consultant

Our BFlex platform is a dynamic community of seasoned lawyers who value both flexibility and diverse, high-impact work. We are expanding our team to meet growing demand for top-tier legal expertise specifically in Equity Capital Markets and Public M&A transactions. BFlex offers you the chance to work on leading-edge ECM offerings and complex public takeovers.



You will provide expert advice on high-profile public M&A and ECM matters, collaborating closely with our Corporate department, AIM listed and public company clients. Your work will span a broad range of transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, rights issues, takeovers, and other capital markets deals. You will leverage deep market knowledge and build strong client relationships in highly regulated, fast-moving environments.

Key clients include:

AIM-listed companies, investment banks, institutional investors, and multinational corporations involved in transformative equity capital raises and public takeover bids across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialist legal advice on all aspects of public M&A and equity capital market transactions. Manage your own flexible schedule while meeting the fast-paced demands of public markets and deal deadlines. Contribute to the development of the BFlex community by sharing ECM and public M&A insights with peers. Engage with clients and industry contacts to understand their strategic goals and expand business opportunities.

What you'll need:

Significant experience in corporate law, with an emphasis on ECM transactions, public M&A, and IPOs. Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of market dynamics and investor perspectives. Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within deal teams. Excellent communication and client relationship skills tailored to public company and financial institution stakeholders. SRA registration.
