Corporate (Energy) Associate

This role offers the perfect mix of autonomy and support, allowing you to take ownership of transactions and client relationships while building specialist expertise in energy-related corporate work.
The Role
As part of a dynamic team, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of corporate matters, including:

• Supporting developers, investors, utilities, and community energy groups in renewable energy projects
• Advising businesses driving the energy transition, including manufacturers, service providers, and early-stage companies
• Handling M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, restructures, and corporate governance matters
• Guiding clients through the complexities of the net-zero transition
• Collaborating with colleagues across sectors to provide integrated legal solutions

Candidate Requirements
We're seeking a motivated corporate solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You'll bring:

• 2+ years PQE in corporate law, with a strong interest in energy and sustainability
• Experience advising on energy or sustainability projects, from renewables and infrastructure to heat networks and natural capital initiatives
• A keen commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex transactions
• A passion for sustainability and contributing to the net-zero agenda
