The practice
Our corporate team is an established leader within the mid-market, advising UK and international organisations on all aspects of buying and selling public and private companies and businesses. Many of our transactions are cross-border in nature, with values typically of 50m to 500m and covering the firm's core sectors.

We also work closely with our specialist cross-service line energy teams covering regulatory (and grid), project finance, real estate, planning, construction and disputes. We've an impressive bench covering the full lifecycle of projects from inception through to secondary markets M&A and decommissioning.

We've got around 35 other fee earners in London corporate at all levels.
You would work for a range of team members in London corporate and beyond, including working closely with the London projects team.
