Acting on both the buy-side and sell-side and for private equity backed and privately owned companies, corporate finance advice has been delivered on MBO's, MBI's, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and much more.
Their reputation is outstanding and they seek exceptional individuals; you will need to be a qualified accountant, ACA or CA - ICAEW or ICAS - or ACCA, who has qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive and ambition. Corporate finance experience is not required, those who have trained within audit for example would certainly be considered as would someone from transaction services / due diligence or corporate restructuring. This is a superb opportunity to work for a corporate finance business that has a long history of successfully building outstanding relationships with businesses, lenders and investors alike. They have a very impressive 'tombstone' of completed deals going back decades.
