Job Description
CMC is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in leading and executing various aspects of the transaction process, from client onboarding to completion.
Duties will include:-
- Assess client\xe2\x80\x99s business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets, and key deal issues
- Plan and lead client engagements from start to finish
- Act as primary contact for the client and the internal team
- Develop and implement best practices for the sell side process
- Identify areas for improvement to better serve clients
- Oversee and develop Analysts
- Support business development activities, such as target identification and engaging prospects
