As they enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our expert team and help deliver market-leading advice to CEOs and management teams.
You'll be working with the Partners on;
Management Advisory Roles (100%)- Advising management teams on their commercial terms when working with Private Equity Houses, typically in Secondary buy-outs - Deal size 50m to 4bn+
Workstreams: Pitch preparation, Modelling Private Equity structures, review and comparison of Private Equity House terms, Exit modelling, comparison and evaluation of commercial terms received from, Private Equity Houses
Key Responsibilities

Contact/liaison point for CEO/CFO, Lawyers, Banks and Private Equity houses
Project Management
About you...: Educated to degree level
Accountancy background or equivalent corporate finance experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accountancy/Financial/Business or Legal background.
Client facing - positive attitude and work ethic
Personal Effectiveness (i.e. influencing, managing change, resilience, initiative, adaptability, energy, integrity, analysing and solving problems, teamwork, communication - written and oral)
