About the role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver onsite and online classes, both one-on-one and group sessions, for all fitness levels.
Create, deliver and role model the wellbeing programme by facilitating staff initiatives through Westfield Health education programmes
Conducting 1 to 1 initial assessments and update training plans and/or re-evaluating clients every 3 months to ensure user engagement.
To provide support in the delivery of the internal wellbeing strategy and events with a proactive, insight led approach
Assist the Active Space Manager with various operational and administrative tasks
About you:
Education and Qualifications
Required: Currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
Desired: Spin, Zumba, Pilates or Yoga qualification.
Experience
A proven track record of successfully working independently to establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and interventions as a result.
Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability.
Minimum of two years of personal training coaching experience

Strong communication skills
A self-starter with strong planning and organising abilities
First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to engage, influence and coach others across the business to achieve buy in and engagement to support delivery of the wellbeing strategy
A passion for helping others with their health and wellbeing
A flexible approach
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
