Job Title: Corporate Managing Florist at Moyses Stevens

Location: London

Contract: (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute elegant floral arrangements tailored for corporate events, ensuring each installation meets client expectations and brand standards. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life. Apply knowledge of seasonal flowers and foliage to ensure arrangements are fresh, innovative, and visually striking. Planning and purchasing flowers for new designs. Manage preparation, transportation, and on-site setup of floral installations with attention to detail and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a florist in corporate floristry.

Creative & Design Expertise:

Strong creative flair and awareness of current floral and design trends.

Floral Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of flowers, foliage, seasonal availability, and proper care and handling techniques.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Organisational Abilities:

Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.

Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)

40 Hours per Week, 4 days per week
