Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our expert team to support our clients across a variety of corporate matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in a broad range of legal tasks, including:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence Conducting detailed legal research to support ongoing matters Handling post completion matters and managing electronic transaction signatures Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of matters Contributing to a range of corporate transactions, from business sales to shareholder agreements

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is keen to develop their legal career. The ideal candidate will bring:

A Law degree (2:1 or higher, or equivalent) Excellent IT and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner A proactive, self-starter approach and the ability to take initiative A commitment to career development, with a focus on building relationships and working as part of a team A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Previous experience in a Corporate Paralegal role is desirable
