Job Title: Receptionist
Location: City of London! 6 minute walk to Moorgate Station, 10 minutes to Liverpool Street!
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: 35,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: 7:45am- 5:15pm, full time office based!

Join our client as they move into a brand new, modern office space, they are looking to strengthen their front-of-house experience by hiring a professional and welcoming Receptionist who will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting all visitors with a professional demeanour
  • Manage phone calls via Teams and transfer them as needed
  • Book visitors through the portal
  • Oversee meeting room logistics, including offering refreshments
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without getting distracted
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Comfortable using various technology platforms
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
  • Background in construction or real estate is a plus
  • Experience with managing meeting room bookings and office supplies
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
