to join our Rapport team, based in London Victoria. Responsible for the ground floor reception, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the building, conducting visitor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting.
You will be working alongside a team of 2 Receptionists in one of our largest receptions. However, our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors.
Type of contract: Part-time, Fixed Term Contract until 31st of March 2026
Hours: 15 hours (Tuesday-Thursday; 10 AM - 3 PM as per the client's needs, on a shift rota basis)
Salary: 12,331 per annum

Main responsibilities
Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring they are acknowledged in line with brand standards.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building facilities to confidently guide and assist guests.
Verifying that all attendees are pre-registered and confirming unnamed bookings on the day of the event.
Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries and requests in person, by phone, or via email.
Offering support across multiple buildings based on operational needs.
