40 hours per week between 7am and 7pm on a rotating shift
Our Anabas Welcome division is currently recruiting for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious clients in the Liverpool Street area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable first impressions. A minimum of 2 years Corporate reception experience is required to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a highly professional and personable manner
Efficiently and courteously manage a busy email inbox, responding to all emails formally using concise spelling, grammar and use of professional language
Supporting clients and Execs in diary management, data compilation, presentation building, document preparation and other administrative tasks
Escorting clients to meetings, engaging confidently with clientele to build rapport and hold formal, professional yet warm conversations
Managing a high number of meeting room bookings and supporting events departments in managing space, invites, set-ups, planning and technical support
Conduct regular floor walks to ensure the client floor is at a high standard
Generate documents using professional and corporate language and good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential
Preparing refreshments and supporting Hospitality for guests
Assisting in the preparation for Fine Dining events
What Were Looking For
Proven experience of 2 years as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, serving high-end clientele and Law Firm environment experience preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication and concise spelling, grammar and attention to detail is essential. Must be able to demonstrate this throughout interview stages
Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, ExCel and Powerpoint
Enthusiastic about supporting multiple departments and being mobile within your role to assist where required
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining high service standards consistently while managing multiple tasks
Confidence to build professional relationships and deliver excellent service to a variety of clients
Fast-learning and self motivated, able to work well within a team and independently using initiative
