A great opportunity presents itself for a self-motivated, passionate, driven, and experienced recruitment specialist. We are actively seeking a true business partner, looking to make a significant contribution to Mitchells & Butlers Corporate manpower plan. Working in a small team of three, reporting to the Senior Corporate Recruitment Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with 100+ niche roles, partnering Hiring Managers and stakeholders. You will partner support functions across the business, recommending the best approach to attracting, selecting, and on-boarding the best external talent for Mitchells & Butlers, specialising in the Digital & Technology space.

The Opportunity \xe2\x80\x93 Corporate Recruitment Manager

  • Providing professional support and specialist advice on best practice recruitment and selection
  • Educating Hiring Managers and key stakeholders on external market knowledge, delivering suitable recommendations for current and future recruitment campaigns
  • Creating compelling job advert campaigns and draw on your experience to optimise our application funnel
  • Monitoring and continuously improving our candidate journey, creating an excellent candidate experience
  • Being a Mitchells & Butlers ambassador, promoting Mitchells & Butlers as an employer of choice
  • Effectively screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates to meet both current recruitment needs and build talent pools for potential future pipeline
  • Writing behavioural-based interviews questions in partnership with internal Hiring Managers
  • Conducting face to face/remote behavioural based interviews for current vacancies as well as building external talent pools aligned to the overall manpower plan
  • Delivering a great candidate and Hiring Manager experience at all times
  • Liaising with partner agencies and maintain a strong connections and partnerships where appropriate
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to bring to this Corporate Recruitment Manager role\xe2\x80\xa6
  • 3 years + delivering in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a preference for experienced professionals who are well networked in Technology/Digital recruitment
  • Proven ability to influence and coach key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a competitive, multi offer marketplace
  • Full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, assessing, and offering candidates
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative solution finder
  • Skilled in effectively challenging and influencing key stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passionate about candidate journey
  • Highly resilient with a problem solving and forward-thinking ability
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Testing Platforms
  • Ability to successfully manage concurrent, yet equally important demands
  • High level of integrity and discretion
